After the Catch
Processing, shipping, and getting your fish home.
Fish Processing
Local processors in Kenai, Seward, and Homer can fillet, vacuum-seal, and flash-freeze your catch. Most charters include processing referrals.
Shipping Home
Processors can ship frozen fish directly to your home via FedEx or UPS. Alternatively, airlines allow frozen fish in checked luggage in approved containers.
Storing at the Inn
Bring your boxed, frozen fish back to the Ski Inn. We'll store it in our freezer for the rest of your stay — at no charge.
